I you hold a valid in date GMS Medical card choose the GMS Prescription option below.
Otherwise choose the Private Prescription, where you will be asked to pay for service before submitting request.

IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR SCRIPT FOR LONG TERM MEDICATION
AS WE NEED TO CARRY OUT A FULL REVIEW OF YOUR MEDICAL NOTES FOR EACH REQUEST
